Terms of Service

By using the ORTAQ platform you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform. Services support registration and sign-in with email/password or Google, Facebook and LinkedIn OAuth accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account. For OAuth sign-in, the accuracy of information received from the provider is the provider's responsibility. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

The platform offers partnership profile creation, review, matching, document sharing and messaging services. Services must be used in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

Prohibited uses include: providing false or misleading information; unauthorized access to others' accounts; publishing unlawful, defamatory, harassing or harmful content; using automation, bots or malware that disrupt the platform or other users; and infringing copyright or intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform (profiles, documents, messages) and grant the platform a license to use it solely to provide the service. The ORTAQ brand, logo, software and site content belong to ORTAQ and may not be used without permission.

The platform is provided 'as is'. ORTAQ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ORTAQ is not liable for partnership decisions between users, their consequences, or the actions of third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORTAQ cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages.

You may delete your account at any time. ORTAQ may suspend or terminate your account in case of a violation of these terms or a legal requirement. After termination, your personal data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except for records required by legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts and enforcement offices located in Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumer-protection rights under applicable law remain reserved.
