1. Parties and Definitions

This agreement is governed by Law No. 4822 and Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection between ORTAQ (ortaq.biz) and the consumer purchasing services through the platform.

2. Service Scope and Payment

ORTAQ provides partnership matching and professional network building services. Subscription or one-off service fees are clearly displayed to the user at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider (Stripe); card details are not stored on ORTAQ servers.

3. Right of Withdrawal

For fully digital services, the consumer is deemed to waive the right of withdrawal once the service has commenced with their explicit consent. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services initiated before the waiver and confirmed by consent.

4. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. Requests can be submitted via ortaq.biz/iletisim.
